Conditions

Booking and Payment:

• A booking is considered confirmed once a signed contract and a non-refundable retainer fee of 150€ (ttc) are received.

• The remaining balance is due on or before the day of the photo session/event. Payments can be made via [accepted payment methods].

Cancellation and Rescheduling:

• In the event of cancellation within 48h before your scheduled session, the booking fee is non-refundable.

• We understand that circumstances may require rescheduling. We will make every effort to accommodate changes, subject to availability.

Client Cooperation:

• The Client agrees to cooperate with the Photographer and follow any instructions provided before and during the session. Timeliness and punctuality are essential to ensure the smooth running of the session.

• Any arrival past 30 minutes late will be deducted from your total session time.  This could result in less setup variations and less final images.

Copyright and Usage Rights:

• Gretel (F&G Photography) retains all copyright and ownership of the images produced.

• The client is granted personal usage rights to the images for non-commercial purposes. Any commercial use requires prior written consent and may be subject to additional fees.

Liability:

• While every effort is made to deliver high-quality images, we will not be held liable for any unforeseen circumstances that may affect the outcome of the session/event.

Privacy Policy:

• By engaging our services, clients consent to the use of images for marketing and promotional purposes unless otherwise specified.
