Thank you for considering Gretel (F&G Photography) for your photography needs. By engaging our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Booking and Payment:

  • Booking: A booking is considered confirmed once a signed contract and a non-refundable retainer fee of 150€ (ttc) are received.

  • Payment: The remaining balance is due on or before the day of the photo session/event. Payments can be made via [accepted payment methods].

Cancellation and Rescheduling:

  • Cancellation: In the event of cancellation within 48h before your scheduled session, the booking fee is non-refundable.

  • Rescheduling: We understand that circumstances may require rescheduling. We will make every effort to accommodate changes, subject to availability.

Copyright and Usage Rights:

  • Copyright: Gretel (F&G Photography) retains all copyright and ownership of the images produced.

  • Usage Rights: The client is granted personal usage rights to the images for non-commercial purposes. Any commercial use requires prior written consent from Gretel (F&G Photography) and may be subject to additional fees.

  • Image Alteration: Clients are prohibited from editing, altering, or manipulating the images provided by Gretel (F&G Photography) in any way without express written permission. This includes, but is not limited to, cropping, adding filters, or making any other modifications.

  • Clients are responsible for ensuring that the images are used in a manner consistent with the photographer's artistic vision and integrity.

Client Cooperation:

  • Client Cooperation: The Client agrees to cooperate with the Photographer and follow any instructions provided before and during the session. Timeliness and punctuality are essential to ensure the smooth running of the session.

Liability:

  • Limitation of Liability: While every effort is made to deliver a finished product, Gretel (F&G Photography) will not be held liable for any unforeseen circumstances that may affect the outcome of it.

  • Force Majeure: In the event of circumstances beyond our control (e.g., illness, equipment failure, natural disasters), Gretel (F&G Photography) reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the session/event without liability.

Privacy Policy

Data Collection and Usage:

  • Personal Information: We may collect personal information such as name, contact details, and billing information for the purpose of providing our services and communicating with clients.

  • Image Usage: By engaging our services, clients consent to the use of images for marketing and promotional purposes, unless otherwise specified.

  • Security Measures: We implement appropriate security measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

  • Data Retention: Personal data will be retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including legal and accounting requirements.

  • Disclosure: We may share personal information with third-party service providers (e.g., payment processors) only as necessary to fulfill our contractual obligations.

Client Rights:

  • Access and Correction: Clients have the right to access, correct, or delete their personal information. Requests can be made by contacting Gretel (F&G Photography) in writing.

  • Opt-Out: Clients have the right to opt-out of receiving marketing communications from Gretel (F&G Photography).
